Agency Portal — For Agencies and Their Staff

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MaidInfo.SG Agency Portal ("Portal", "we", "us", "our"), you, on behalf of yourself and the agency you represent, agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal. By signing in via Google or any other login method, you explicitly accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of the Portal, including agency owners, administrators, and staff members. The agency is responsible for ensuring all its staff members comply with these Terms.

2. Nature of the Portal

The MaidInfo.SG Agency Portal is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables maid agencies to publish and manage domestic helper profiles, manage staff, and interact with an AI-powered assistant. We are a technology platform, not a maid agency, employment agency, or placement service.

3. Accuracy of Information

Agencies and their staff are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information, maid profiles, and documents uploaded to the Portal.

  • We do not verify the accuracy of any maid profile, agency information, or document uploaded by users. All content is published as provided.
  • We are not liable for any inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or unlawful content submitted by agencies or their staff.
  • AI-assisted features (such as profile parsing and chatbot recommendations) are provided for convenience only and do not guarantee accuracy. Agencies must review and verify all AI-generated outputs before publication.
  • We make no warranty that information displayed on the Portal accurately reflects current regulatory requirements, MOM guidelines, or industry standards.

4. AI Features and Data Sharing

The Portal includes AI-powered features including profile parsing, search, and a conversational assistant. By using these features, you and your agency consent to the following:

  • LLM Providers: Profile data, uploaded documents, and chat conversations may be transmitted to and processed by third-party large language model (LLM) providers (e.g., Google, OpenAI) to power AI features.
  • Profile Data Sharing: Maid profiles published on the Portal may be shared with prospective customers and partner agencies on the MaidInfo.SG platform.
  • No Guarantee on AI Outputs: AI-generated content, recommendations, and parsing results are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose. You must independently verify all AI outputs.
  • By joining the Portal, your agency and all its staff consent to data being shared with AI model providers and the MaidInfo.SG platform as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Service Availability and Feature Changes

We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any feature of the Portal at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice for significant changes. This includes:

  • New Features: We may introduce new features that could affect existing workflows, data structures, or integrations. We are not liable for any disruption, data loss, or business impact caused by the introduction of new or changed features.
  • Service Interruptions: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Portal. Planned or unplanned maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for any loss of business, data, or revenue arising from service interruptions.
  • Data Loss: While we take commercially reasonable precautions to prevent data loss, we are not liable for any accidental or technical loss of data resulting from system updates, feature changes, migrations, or failures, except where such loss results directly from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Agencies are encouraged to maintain their own backups of critical information.
  • Feature Deprecation: Features may be deprecated or removed. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance but are not obligated to maintain any specific feature indefinitely.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Portal and all content, features, and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Portal will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law:

  • Indirect Losses: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage arising from use of the Portal.
  • Third-Party Actions: We are not liable for the actions of LLM providers, partner agencies, customers, or any other third party.
  • Security Incidents: In the event of a data breach caused by a sophisticated unauthorised third-party attack that occurs despite our implementation of reasonable security measures, our liability for resulting loss shall be limited to the extent permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim brought by or on behalf of any single agency (including all its staff members) shall not exceed SGD 500 or the total subscription fees paid by that agency in the 3 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Portal to:

  • Upload false, fraudulent, or misleading maid profiles or agency information
  • Violate any Singapore law, MOM regulation, or employment regulation
  • Scrape, harvest, or copy data from the Portal without written consent
  • Impersonate any person, agency, or entity
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Portal's infrastructure
  • Share account credentials with unauthorised persons

9. Account and Access Termination

We may suspend or terminate your agency's access to the Portal at any time, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Portal ceases immediately.

Where termination is initiated by us without cause and your agency has a prepaid active subscription, we will provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription period. No refund will be issued where termination results from a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.

10. Indemnification

Your agency agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fun Byte Technology Pte. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Portal; (b) content uploaded by your agency or staff; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather events, war, terrorism, government actions, internet or telecommunications outages, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

13. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between your agency and Fun Byte Technology Pte. Ltd. regarding use of the Portal.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For material changes— including changes that expand how we use your data, introduce new categories of data sharing, or significantly alter your agency's rights — we will provide advance notice via email or a prominent notice on the Portal. Where required by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 or applicable law, we will seek active re-confirmation before such changes take effect.
